Our Caregivers
We carefully select our Caregivers to find the most compassionate, experienced and dependable people who truly enjoy helping others.
Unlike some agencies that use subcontractors, our caregivers are employees who are bonded and covered by workers’ compensation insurance. We do this to ensure our clients are fully-protected.
Once hired, each experienced Caregiver is matched to the individual needs of our clients, based on the information gathered during the FREE in-home consultation. The in-home consultation is very important and accomplishes the following:
- Properly assesses the client’s needs
- Makes sure services can be safely and properly performed in the home
- Matches the client’s needs and personality to an experienced caregiver with the necessary skills to provide the very best care and companionship
At Bay Area Elderly Care, every client relationship is managed by an experienced supervisor who will make ongoing assessments and recommendations as the client’s needs change over time.
